Summary

A medieval parish church consisting of a west tower, with a continuous chancel and aisles. Construction is of flint with whole pebbles, and stone dressings. The whole building was heavily restored in 1872, including the rebuilding of the south porch. Inside, there is a 14th century decorated font, damaged in 1643, and a brass of a knight of the Bacon family which dates to about 1320.

Flint construction with whole pebbles and ashlar dressings. Machine tile roofs. Inside is a 14th century decorated font, damaged in 1643, and a brass of a knight of the Bacon family from about 1320.

2004.
A medieval psalter which was first owned by someone connected with St Andrews church was discovered in the library of the Earl of Macclesfield's house in Oxfordshire. Only 46 psalters of this type are known to exist.
