Summary

The gable of this barn is constructed in Flemish bond with headers of black brick and stretched in red. Towards the south end of this 20m long barn a gable projects from the thatch, as if the building had been lengthened. It is thought to date to the late 17th or early 18th century.

Barn. Opposite east wall of Ridlington churchyard, to south around 100ft (30m) long, thatched.
Gable against road constructed in Flemish bond with headers in black brick, stretchers in red. Rest in plain brick.
Towards south end a gable projects from the thatch as if it has been lengthened. Perhaps late 17th or early 18th century.
