Summary

This cottage was built in about 1805 for Sir Roger Kerrison. It is octagonal in shape, built of brick and has a pantile roof.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Cottage, c.1805, for estate of Sir Roger Kerrison; red brick with brick dentil cornice, black glazed pantiles. Octagonal with front and rear faces wider, two storeys, octagonal roof and central octagonal stack...East and west façades each with pointed doorway and pointed boarded door, blank opening above…"
