Earthworks (now partly levelled) most likely associated with medieval to post medieval settlement, possible enclosures, field boundaries likely forming part of a field system, boundary banks and drainage ditches are visible on aerial photographs from 1946 (S2-S3). Additional features are also visible as cropmarks and soilmarks on aerial photographs (S1 and S4-S8). Some of the features still survive as low earthworks on visualised lidar data from a survey flown in 2017 (S9). The features are not recorded on the historic maps such as S10 and S11. The possibility that some of the features could relate to post medieval to drainage also cannot be ruled out.
