Summary

A roddon is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs. The cropmarks were originally identified as a possible ring ditch or part of a World War Two bombing range.

Ring ditch on RAF air photographs (S1).
However this area was a bombing range 1939 to 1945 (NHER 62814) and this may be connected with that.
Information A. Lawson (NAU).

No trace of any earthworks on ground.

This is certainly a roddon.
