June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Former Toll Cottage.
Built 1826. Yellow brick, slate roof, hipped small eaves soffit. One storey. Central six-panel door with segmental head and each side a segmental headed casement with flush frame."

Old toll cottage in yellow brick with half-octagonal section towards road. Good condition.
