January 1952. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"18th century. Brick and pantile. Two storeys and attics. Eaves cornice. Façade of five bays; sashes with rubbed brick arches. Two modern entrance doors. Three gabled dormers with casements on south side. Parapetted gable with brick tumbling to east. Gable chimney stacks. Rendered and colourwashed gabled"

Early 18th century house, two storeys, Flemish bond brick. Alternating blocked windows on upper storey (now reopened). Moulded eaves cornice. 19th century shop front. Original door inside.
