October 1951. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Lobby-entrance type house. 17th century. Rendered timber-frame with pantiled roof. Two storeys with attic. Irregular leaded fenestration with five 18th-century three-light casement windows, with transoms on ground floor. Doorway opposite off-centre axial stack. Steep-pitched roof. Two chamfered mullion windows to rear: one obscured by later lean-to. Original timbers with barred and stepped stops. Former stair to entrance side of stack".
