Listing Description Excerpt:
"17th century with mid 19th-century 'Tudor' type windows and door. Two-storey and attic, gable window. Timber framed, plastered. Steep roof, slates. Two stacks of hexagonal attached chimneys. Plinth. Glazed door in pointed arched porch."

July 1973. Building Survey.
Examined by Royal Commission on the Historical Monuments of England.
Late 17th-/early 18th-century timber-framed house gothicised and divided in 19th century.
One original central group of octagonal chimneys, and another at end imitating it, of 19th century date. Glazed door within pointed arch porch.

Excellent external condition.
Seen in passing by E. Rose (NLA) July 2001.

February 2019. Minor Amendment to Listing.
The mapped location of this record has been corrected.
When Listed in June 1972, this record was located at TM 11763 80143. This incorrectly placed it at 64A Mount Street. It has been moved approximately 17m to the NE of this point and is now located at TM 11778 80152, 64 Mount Street.
