Summary

This is the site of an early 18th century brick house, constructed before 1750 when the neighbouring house was erected, and the hipped roof of No. 64 (NHER 60672) was covered over to form one continuous roof over both buildings. There was a rear addition that was built around 1800. In 1969 the building had a modern shop front. The building was demolished sometime between 1969 and 1988.

This buildling was demolished sometime between 1969, when it was surveyed and photographed by RCHME (S1) and 1988, when the current structure is visible within aerial photographs (S2).
