Summary

Metal detecting and fieldwalking in 1976 and 1998 recovered a range of multi period objects from this location. Noteworthy finds included gritty prehistoric pottery sherds, Roman and medieval coins and a post medieval thimble.

Two sherds found on surface; poorly fired, flint gritted resembling Early Bronze Age fabrics, though there is no certainty of such a date.
