Summary

The site of a windmill, built in 1811. It was replaced by a timber skeleton mill in the early 20th century. This is no longer standing but remains are likely to be in situ.

Probable site of the Black Mill, constructed in 1811 with machinery brought from a mill in Lincolnshire.
It had 4 cloth sails, and an antiquated water wheel beside it.
