Summary

A number of indentations in Waterloo Plantation are craters left by bombs dropped by a German aircraft in World War Two. The aircraft was trying to bomb Stratton Strawless Hall (NHER 8016), used at the time as a radar headquarters.

In Waterloo Plantation are a number of depressions, which are craters left by a stick of bombs dropped by German aircraft attempting to hit the radar headquarters at Stratton Strawless Hall.
