Full Description
Old kiln (OS), marked as brick kiln on (S1).
NIAS records:
Good quality kiln, fairly well preserved. However farm dumping has blocked the entrance and has buried most of the structure. As of 1992 NIAS tried to negotiate raising an access tunnel into the roof so that it could still be visited and the farmer could still tip rubbish into the pit.
