Summary

The site of a World War Two pillbox. It was square, with a thick concrete roof and was probably a Home Guard post. It has now been demolished.

Pill box. Square brick construction with thick concrete roof. Window to south-east and slit above door.
Probably a Home Guard pill box.
Seen E. Rose (NAU) 16 March 1977.

Grid reference corrected by E. Rose 29 October 1981.

Since the above date several others of this type have been found in Norfolk and it is definitely a type of pill box.
