Summary

An brick farmhouse that dates back to the 17th century, with 18th and 19th century alterations. The east gable wall dates to the 17th century and has large blocked pedimented windows.

Map

19th century brick farmhouse, but with east wall of flint from a late 16th or early 17th century building, with two large pedimented blocked windows. The upper one is cement-covered brick and therefore probably once a genuine window. Poor condition.

Marked as 'Wells' Charity' on (S1).

(S2) dates mass of building to 18th rather than 19th century, but notes 17th century gable windows are now blocked by
internal gable stack.
