Summary

This cottage has been heavily rebuilt but retains some 17th century traces, such as the huge flint and brick chimney in west wall and ground floor brick work on the south façade. Part of a 17th century date survives inscribed on a section of chequered brickwork.

Much rebuilt, but some 17th century traces, such as the huge flint and brick chimney in west wall, and ground floor brick work on south, patterned chequerwork with one '6' remaining of a 17th century date (i.e. '-6--').
