Summary

An early 18th century brick house with a shaped gable. Much altered in the 19th century, and now converted to three houses.

Listing Description:
House divided into 3, early 18th century of red brick and pantiles. 2 storeys with rear outshut. Much altered facade to south, with evidence of blocked doors and windows. Ground floor doors and windows 20th century. First floor windows 19th century. Fragments of string course at first floor level on south elevation, and on gable wall at eaves level. Single central brick pilaster, with moulded base, possibly the remaining one of a pair associated with a former entrance. Brick dentil eaves, curved western parapet gable, central axial stack, eastern axial stack. Roof hipped to east, with 20th century gabled dormer windows at rear. First floor transverse beams with chamfers and stops.
