Summary

An 18th century pub, refronted in the 19th century. It has a shaped west gable with a date of 1720. The building is two storeys high with a frontage of three window bays, the upper central one blank.There is an 18th century corner cupboard in the bar.

Listing Description:
Public House, 18th century, refronted in 19th century, colourwashed brick and pantiles. Semi- detached, 'L'-shaped plan of 2 storeys. 3 windows, with 20th century central door and ground floor casement windows with glazing bars. Central blank window. Dentil eaves course, partially re-built curved gable to right with end stack. Rear wing not of special interest. 18th century corner cupboard in bar. Date of 1720 on gable. Included for group value.
