Full Description
'A few years before' 1939. In Hockwold Fen.
Found 2.4m (8ft) deep in digging with spade.
Handled cup. Broken into several pieces, later restored but finder did not keep all the sherds.
(S1) and (S2) in file.
Exact findspot never ascertained.
