Summary

A green circular cropmark was seen in this field in July 1977. It could be an undated backfilled pit or a circular enclosure. No sign of this ring ditch or circular enclosure was identified on the aerial photographs in this location during the NMP. However it is possible that the feature noted on the ground relates to the remains of the nearby World War Two searchlight or gun emplacement battery (NHER 12627).
