Full Description
1977. Stray Find.
Found on surface while beet hoeing:
1 Mesolithic chipped flint axehead. Finely worked, triangular section. Cutting edge badly damaged but remains of tranchet scar. See drawing (S1). Information from (S2).
Potentially an outlying find from the Mesolithic flint working site identified to the south (NHER 31238).
