1977. Visit.
Yellow brick Regency house with an excellent wrought iron canopy over the ground floor.
Five windows on lower storey, three on upper on south façade. Extensions.
Excellent condition.

Listing Description:
House, early 19th century. Gault brick with hipped slate roof. Two storeys. East elevation of three unequal bays; sashes with glazing bars and louvred shutters, gauged skewback arches over openings. To the left-hand side, a 6-panelled part-glazed door with panelled reveal and architrave; semicircular fanlight with radiating glazing bars, under a rubbed brick arch of two orders. South elevation of four and two bays: four bays to east with sashes and loggia and quatrefoil iron columns, panelled frieze and traceried iron braces supporting lead-covered roof. To the left, three pairs of glazed doors with elliptical fanlights and rubbed arches. Chimney stack off-centre on ridge line. Canted bay on west side with tripartite sash and double doors. Two 2-storey gabled projection to north; at north-east corner, a later doorway cutting an elliptical lunette.
