The route of the medieval to post medieval road marked on the map of 1600, information from [1], is visible as cropmark on NLA oblique aerial photographs from 1976 (S1). The line of the road is picked up in form of two stretches of cropmark ditch, running from TF 9628 4124 to TF 9630 4127 and from TF 9631 4129 to TF 9638 4136. The longest stretch of cropmark road is 96m long and 4m wide.
