Full Description
September 1977. Field Observation.
Three bays, two storeys. Chequered brickwork. Brick pilasters around door support rounded pediment rising to frame
window above. Corner pilasters. Blue pantiles. About 1700.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Early C18. Brick in Flemish bond with black headers, flint. Glazed black pantile roof. Rectangular on plan. Facade of 3 bays, 2 storeys. Flint plinth."

The mapped location of this record has been corrected.
When Listed in April 1987, this record was located at TG 22460 29082. This incorrectly placed it at Poplar Farm, North Walsham Road, Banningham, Colby. It has been moved approximately 58m to the west of this point and is now located at TG 22406 29057, Laurel Farm House, North Walsham Road, Banningham, Colby.
