Summary
A row of houses of mainly 18th century date, with some 17th century timbers, and built of brick with a partial timber frame. There are reused blocks of medieval stone in the east wall, which may have come from Weybridge Priory.

Row of three cottages and modern shop.
Probably about 1700 with reused medieval stone in quoins.

(S2) agrees 18th century but mentions 16th and 17th century joists with run out stops.
