Cropmark of perhaps of infilled moat?
Located E. Rose (NAU) 4 January 1978.
No trace on stubble field.
Farmer says he has never met any foundations in ploughing here, but that the field is said locally to be the 'site of the old village'.
Visited E. Rose (NAU) 4 November 1981.
