Summary

This is the site of a possible medieval moat, visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs. The site is thought locally to be the site of a deserted medieval village.

No trace on stubble field.
Farmer says he has never met any foundations in ploughing here, but that the field is said locally to be the 'site of the old village'.
