Full Description
Site of drainage mill.
See (S1).
1995.
Grid reference as above seems most likely as the position for this feature, given the layout of drains around the boat houses as shown on (S2) (copy in file). The present day irrigation pump in a brick and timber building sits on the site of the boat house with the inlet still evident. It seems very likely that the inlet is the original outflow channel from the drainage pump.
B. Cushion (NLA), 1995.
