Summary
It has been recorded that a Neolithic axe was found at 'Plumstead near Holt' sometime prior to 1910. As the other axes recorded were all found in the 1950s or later, this must represent a further find.

Full Description
'A Neolithic axe has been found here (Plumstead-near-Holt).' See (S1).
As this record dates from pre-1910 it cannot refer to any of the axes already on the index, which were all found in the 1950s.
