Full Description
Old farmhouse (now empty) possibly 17th century recoated in 18th, but more probably interesting example of 18th century house in retarded style.
Brick, 3 bays, 2 storeys plus dormers, half hexagonal porch tower with Georgian door.
Chequered diaperwork in gable walls.
Visited E. Rose (NAU) 1 February 1978.
Under restoration on 28 June 1979.
Date 1735 found in roof.
Interior has several good 18th century cupboards.
Partition walls of timber, wattle and daub.
Now known as Walnut Tree Farm.
