Summary

This possible manor house has a timber-framed crosswing, probably dating to around 1500, with a central firebay and a two storeyed separate building perhaps used for servant accommodation. A large and very ornate wing was added in the early 17th century and at this point the crosswing was converted to a kitchen with a new chimneystack. Drastic alterations were subsequently made in the 1980s.
