Summary

The site of a post mill which had a carved date of 1700. It was destroyed in a storm in the late 19th or early 20th century.

Site of wind mill at Mill Place (the same as Mill Farm?).
Post mill with carved date 1700, destroyed by freak storm 1889. Cropmark appeared and was dug out as fishpond.
Information from (S1).

Site corrected to east of road from map (S2).
Informant [1] states the above press cutting is incorrect; it was blown over 7 April 1902.
