Summary
It is recorded that a decoy airfield was present 'on Swaffham Heath' during World War Two. It is possible that this is a confusion with the South Pickenham decoy, which was known as Swaffham.

Decoy airfield for Marham, World War Two.
Information from Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation Museum
It seems almost certain that this is a confusion with the South Pickenham decoy which was known as Swaffham. See NHER 13567.
