Summary

This red brick farmhouse has clamp irons that read 1704 and it is likely that this is when the house was built. It has shaped gables and originally had six bays and a central door. Now only three bays remain. To the north is a game larder extension.

Red brick, shaped gables, dated 1704 on clamp irons. Originally six bays with central door, like NHER 12685, but now reduced to three.

(S1) adds: flint plinth; cove platband; angle brick pilasters. Reduction of bays mentioned above means some windows are blocked. East extension, single storey and attic in coursed brick and flint mosaic. Game larder outshut to north.
