Summary

This 17th century timber framed farmhouse has visible timber in the attic and the ceilings of the ground floor rooms. There is a large central chimney with a triple angled stack. A passage across the flue at first floor level joins the two rooms. The building has a Georgian facade and doorcase. The rear extensions date to 1762 and contain a kitchen with a 19th century range.

17th century timber framed farmhouse.
Framing most evident in attics, and ceilings of ground floor rooms. Large central chimney with triple angled stack. Passage across the flue at first floor level joining two rooms. Georgian facade and doorcase. Rear extensions step down in height, end wall dated 1762 TTW. This range contains kitchen with 19th century range, copper etc. Derelict, upper rooms destroyed by fire, but repair notice served on owner.
