Summary
In 1964 building rubble was found in the garden here. This rubble included medieval architectural fragments that probably originally came from St Mary's Church (NHER 10702).

Full Description
1964. Found in gardening in garden of new bungalow built on site of cottages on Ordnance Survey map (S1), formerly Green Man public house.
Building rubble including 'ramshorn' capital, similar to some in parish church, and section of arch.
