A flint pick was recovered from 'Rectory Field' at an unspedified date. ' Rectory field' may refer to thefield marked as 'Vicarage Pightle' at this grid reference. The pick is held by NCM. It had previously been held as part of the Apling Collection, and before that as Sainty green 128. This pick may be the same find as the 'slug plane' described in (S1) as being found by Sainty 'near Ringland Vicarage.'
