The building that once stood here was though to date to the 16th/17th century. It took the form of a timber-framed house coated in 17th/18th century brick.

House. Norfolk Archaeological Research Group survey calls this a 16th/17th century timber framed house coated in 17th/18th century brick; but photographs and exterior (since seen by E. Rose (NAU)) show nothing to suggest a date earlier than mid 18th century.

This building has now been demolished, although the date at which this occurred is not known.
