Full Description
26 October 1978. Visited.
Single storey nine bay range of red brick; stepped gables; three porches to west. Hoodmoulded windows with 'cusped tracery' glazing bars. Two chimney stacks. Decorative slate roof. Central porch bears the date 1839 and a plaque relating to the erection of almshouses for 'three poor aged couples'. The date is repeated on a freestanding brick gateway to west.
