Full Description
26 October 1978. Visited.
South gable wall of flint and two small wood mullioned windows outlined in brick, brick quoins and steps to gable (though steps only one brick each). Perhaps medieval, perhaps 16th century. North gable wall random flint and brick. Both gables far higher than tile roof, showing once thatched. South gable has large chimneystack behind it, but on north gable this has been part replaced by a modern brick chimney bisecting the gable. Both end walls continue round into façade, but major part of this is composed of at least three periods of brickwork, the upper part with dentilled cornice 18th century.
Straight join above door.
