Full Description
1978. Dredging of the river Thet from above Nun's Bridges to the old footbridge in Nether Row.
Produced much good 16th-19th century earthenware, three medieval sherds and one Thetford ware sherd.
Photographs (S1) in file.
Identified by P. Wade-Martins (NAU).
1983. Found whilst diving.
Context 2. Near complete human skull with front missing at location [1].
Context 3. Lava millstone fragment approximately 1in thick.
