Summary

This early 17th century farmhouse is reputed to have been a manor house. It has a timber frame with brick north gable, offcentre chimneystack, and south firegable. The façade is coated in brick and this probably occurred when the building was subdivided as a farm in around 1790. A number of 18th/19th century barns are associated with the farmhouse.
