Large; lower walls of flint, with buttresses at angles.
Brick tops to walls, gables, and slit windows.
West gable bulges out over road and is secured by clamps. Thatched roof.
Barn stands behind an early 18th century brick house.
Brick portions may be of this date, but flint walls are older.

Listing Description:
Barn. Mid 17th century origin, partly rebuilt 20th century. Brick and cut flint with thatched roof. Full height double doors left of centre framed by flat brick pilasters. Two blocked ventilation slits to right. Gabled roof. East gable wall rebuilt. West gable wall supported on stepped diagonal buttresses. Rear with thatched entrance outshut. Roof of tie beams with queen struts to lower of three tiers butt purlins. Collars. House not listed.
