1979? Found in garden (not marked on 6 inch Ordnance Survey map but located from conservation area plan). [1]
Sestertius of emperor Commodus. Worn. Obverse reads M.COMMODVS ANTON.AVG.PIVS.BRIT. Reverse is illegible, displays Italia on globe.
As Seaby 1542, ref C266 (S1), RIC 438 (S2), BMC 549 (S3).
