Full Description
1970s. Land east of bypass, south of old road.
Six coarse medieval sherds, one whiteware sherd, flint side scraper, miscellaneous animal bone.
Finds held by NCM, formerly held by S. Ashley (NAU).

February 1979. Fieldwalking.
Examination by A. Gregory (NAU) of area where cropmarks had been observed in 1978 (Context 3, cropmarks themselves now recorded as NHER 64317).
Nothing found despite good fieldwalking conditions.

Odd medieval sherds and flints all over field found in Fenland fieldwalking, good conditions and weathered ploughsoil.
