Summary

A timber framed and thatched house which may date back to the 16th century. The house may originally have been a hall house with upper floors and a stack inserted in the 17th century. The house has an original window and a 17th century winding stair. In 1996 the NAU carried out a watching brief as the house was being underpinned, but no evidence of foundations or earlier structures was found.
