Summary
Fieldwalking between 1978 and 1979 recovered a number of prehistoric flint tools and a post medieval sherd. Metal detecting in 1980 to 1981 recovered a number of Roman coins.

1978-1979. Field east of Lowroad Plantation, section north of and on bypass line. Finds from fieldwalking.
Flint tools, post medieval sherd.
1980-1. Found with metal detector.
Roman coins.
