Summary

From 1955 a number of Roman pottery sherds have been recovered from this area, including fragments of samian ware. A sherd of Late Saxon or early medieval pottery has also been recovered, and although the area has been metal detected no metal objects were found.

No significant metal finds.
W. Milligan (NCM) identified the following:
Two samian rim sherds (one Eastern Gaulish).
Four body sherds Roman greyware.
One base sherd Nene Valley mortarium.
