Summary

A post-medieval brick kiln is shown approximately at this location on Faden's map of Norfolk made in 1797. The scale of this early map means that the accuracy of the location remains uncertain. No kiln is shown at this location on the First Edition Ordnance Survey map, but brickworks are depicted immediately to the northwest (NHER 15290) and southeast (NHER 15291).

No kiln is marked at this location on the First Edition Ordnance Survey map (S3), but a brickworks is depicted approximately 450m to the southeast (NHER 15291) and a second brickworks is depicted approximately 350m to the northwest (NHER 15290) of this location.
