Full Description
9 October 1979. In side of gas pipe trench south-west of Whitehouse Farm.
Charcoal hearth or cooking hole; bowl shaped. 67cm across, 23cm thick, 35cm deep in clayey subsoil after topsoil
removed.
Only visible in east side trench.
